Job description

This position will include responsibility for the operations and administration of Anchorage and Fairbanks. This position will work closely with company executives outside of the area to ensure all agents and officers are professional, perform with the highest standards of integrity, and client needs are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct initiatives and functions according to Company Policies and Procedures.
• Manage confidential information and documentation as required by Company, State, and Federal Law.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new clients.
• Oversee and maintain schedules for over 50 team members.
• Ensure scheduling needs are met per client needs, with last-minute requests handled promptly.

Requirements:

• Supervised at least 25 people at a time.
• Created and maintained a schedule.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• P&L responsibility.
• AA degree or higher (experience may offset this requirement).
• Defensive tactics and firearm certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Experience in military, law enforcement, or security industry within the past 10 years.

Starting Wage:

• $30 per hour - Must have 5 years experience as an "Operations Manager".
• $25 per hour - Must have 5 years Armed License/Military experience; training provided.
