We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our generative AI projects. This role involves overseeing Project Managers and Coordinators, collaborating with Sourcing, Business Intelligence, Product, and Quality teams to deliver top-tier solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations leadership background in a technology environment, with a passion for excellence and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations across multiple GenAI projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, BI, product, and quality teams for seamless project delivery.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to improve productivity, scalability, and customer satisfaction; set KPIs and benchmarks.
5. Process Optimization: Identify gaps and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and resource use.
6. Customer Focus: Align operations with customer needs; act as escalation point for operational issues.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor key metrics, use data insights for decisions and improvements.
8. Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Proven experience in operations management within a tech-driven environment, preferably AI or tech services.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience in team development.
3. Deep understanding of project management principles and tools.

Base salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
