Position Overview

This role is a key part of the leadership team, responsible for establishing and executing strategic plans for client partnerships. The Operations Manager will lead staffing, organize operations, and ensure high-quality customer service, profitability, and workforce satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Operations Management
  • Oversee regional staff and daily operations, standardize processes across teams and departments.
  • Proactively address customer issues and understand key financial metrics to manage operations effectively.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding and utilization of company technology and new product lines, including staff training.
  1. Staffing and Training
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff, conduct annual competence assessments.
  1. Customer Service and Quality Assurance
  • Support a service environment focused on customer satisfaction and quality improvement.
  • Meet deadlines, respond promptly to inquiries, administer payroll, and conduct performance reviews.
  1. Confidentiality and Compliance
  • Uphold security and confidentiality regulations related to medical records.
  1. Customer Engagement
  • Engage with directors and administrators to resolve service issues, organize reviews, and maintain team meetings.
  1. Additional Duties
  • Assist the Director of Operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Leadership experience, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four-year degree, RHIT or RHIA certification, 2+ years in operations management, knowledge of ROI and HIM services, typing skills (50 wpm).
