Florida Department of Children and Families in Florida is seeking an Operations & Management Consultant I (SES) to lead the Economic Self-Sufficiency program. The role requires supervising front-line supervisors, analyzing performance, and ensuring compliance with program policies.

This is an on-site position across Sarasota, Pinellas or Hillsborough counties, with no teleworking option. The incumbent will report to the Program Administrator and use Florida ESS knowledge, AMS/MES/Qlik, and

Competenze

• Four+ years of professional experience with DCF ESS processing applications.
• Experience supervising eligibility staff is required.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to public assistance.
