Precise Systems is seeking an Operations Management Analyst to support the Patuxent River, MD area. The role provides junior-level executive operations support to the PMA-262 MQ-4C Triton Program Office, handling access control, onboarding, records, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include front-desk coverage, routine admin tasks, and coordination with multiple teams to meet daily program needs.

Qualifications

• Zero to three years of experience performing duties described.
• Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions.
• Ability to follow established security, privacy, and records-management procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to learn government systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk coverage and greet visitors, verify IDs, issue badges.
• Support access-control procedures and reporting security discrepancies.
• Perform routine admin tasks including phones, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to support daily Program Office needs.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and records management.
• Plan logistics for All Hands events and meetings.
