Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks an Operations Management Analyst to support the PMA-281 Program Office at Patuxent River, MD. You will provide executive-level operational support, manage calendars and meetings, and maintain official records in a high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating conferences, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with security requirements, including SIPR network handling. A master’s degree is often preferred and U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in operations/support roles.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive level operational support to senior leadership.
• Schedule conference rooms, teleconferences, and virtual meetings.
• Manage master project files and official records, both electronic and physical.
• Maintain action-item tracking logs and correspondence-tracking systems.
• Support security procedures and protect classified information.
