Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. in Patuxent River, MD seeks an Operations Management Analyst to support the PMA-281 program and executive leadership on-site. The role focuses on high-visibility operations, cross‑functional coordination, and efficient program execution.

The candidate will manage official records, prepare documents, track actions, and support travel and security processes, including SIPR access, with a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree may be required.
• 5–12 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive level operational support to senior leadership and staff.
• Coordinate and schedule conference rooms and meetings, including Teams and phone calls.
• Establish and maintain master project files and logs for correspondence and records.
• Maintain action-item tracking logs and correspondence-tracking systems.
• Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and reports using standard office tools.
• Process passport applications, visas, and ISOPREPs for Government travel needs.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement with Government personnel.
• Perform daily security checks to protect classified data and network resources.
