We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Maintenance Supervisor who’s as comfortable wielding a wrench as they are strategizing over spreadsheets. If you've got serious mechanical know-how and leadership chops, we’ve got a spot for you on our team in southeast Fort Wayne, Indiana.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Saving the Day, Daily)

• Lead and coordinate maintenance crews like a maestro of machines
• Solve mechanical mysteries with Sherlock-level troubleshooting
• Optimize performance with reliability-centered maintenance strategies
• Keep us OSHA-happy by ensuring safety training and compliance
• Manage vendors, parts sourcing, and equipment updates
• Champion continuous improvement—because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary
• Be the go-to for Gemba Walks, Kaizen, Lean events, and more

The Tools in Your Belt (a.k.a. What We’re Looking For)

• Associate’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 6+ years of mechanical maintenance experience—hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, welding, fabricating—you name it
• 2+ years leading a maintenance team in an industrial setting
• Solid skills reading blueprints and electrical schematics
• Microsoft Office fluency; bonus points for AutoCAD, PLC, ERP, or CMMS knowledge
• A track record of flexibility, leadership, and fixing things before they break
• This is a real manufacturing environment—loud, dirty, confined spaces included
• You’ll be key to keeping our operations running safely and efficiently
