Day in the life:

The Enrollment Service Manager will manage the day-to-day onboarding of our new clients, acquisitions, and renewals. The Manager directs the team to support clients through all phases of active enrollment.

  • Must be proactive and detail-oriented.
  • If required, travel to client sites and work within a variety of employer industries.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, v-lookups).
  • Must possess a strong customer orientation and focus.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively using both verbal and written skills.

Enrollment Service Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct oversight of the initial Enrollment Strategy and oversee the assigned Benefit Account Manager to facilitate maximum enrollment success in our voluntary benefit program.
  • Coach and mentor the staff, creating an inclusive environment that energizes the team and fosters creativity.
  • Communicate challenges or roadblocks to the Director of Enrollment and Sales Reps for open discussion and creative solutions.
  • Oversee education of the product to client's management, updating all presentations with approved content.
  • Complete daily task lists to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met, documenting in the relevant database/software platform.
  • Map out Benefit Counselors' schedules for onsite, virtual, or hybrid enrollments.
  • Ensure all training, licensing, and appointments are completed and compliant before assigning Benefit Counselors to enrollments.
  • Review and confirm marketing deliverables are up to date for distribution to clients.
  • Audit Benefit Account Managers' active enrollment touchpoints periodically to ensure relationships are open and goals are on track.
  • Partner with the Director of Enrollment to establish and maintain compliance with all regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor enrollment progress through reporting metrics, verifying data accuracy before final client reporting.
  • Inspire and guide the team towards success.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
