Responsibilities

• Review container supply and demand reports and populate the inventory management report.
• Update and input route information into computer system on a daily basis.
• May collect daily on-site container information and updates the inventory log.
• Assist Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries.
• Report safety or customer service issues to supervisor or manager immediately.
• Maintain and process operations information, such as vehicle maintenance, accounting and route sheets.
• Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper billing and productivity reports.
• Assist in generating monthly productivity reports.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; participate with the team to achieve safety goals.
• Assist other departments including customer service and accounting.
• May assist with driver de-brief processes.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
