Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of prior experience working in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize productivity.
• Analyze daily routing and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to same-day changes and plan for next-day service needs.
• Ensure routes are closed on time and data accuracy is maintained.
• Proactively resolve issues in transit and manage driver safety.
• Collect and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers about route progress.
• Improve driver performance and address concerns.
• Design routes for maximum capacity and profitability.
• Monitor routing activities and address service issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication with Call Center and routing teams.
• Route design as defense against customer service issues.
