Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Chicago to support day-to-day activities across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and customer service excellence. You will coordinate projects, schedules, and communications, working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and Procurement to keep workflows smooth.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP/CRM and project management tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or project management software is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, procurement, inventory control, or resource planning.
• Familiarity with business reporting, KPI tracking, and operational analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure projects, services, and business processes are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor project and operational timelines, identifying potential issues and coordinating solutions proactively.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Operations to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
