Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin Support for manufacturing, production, wholesale trade, or import-export operations. You will process purchase orders, obtain freight quotes, coordinate vendor pricing, and assist with accounts payable in QuickBooks.

The role supports purchasing, logistics, and accounting functions and offers opportunities to contribute to day-to-day supply chain activities and vendor record maintenance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Support, Purchasing, Order Processing, or Administration.
• Background in Manufacturing, Production, Wholesale Trade, Distribution, or Import-Export.
• Experience with QuickBooks, purchase orders, vendor management, and freight coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Request and compare freight quotes from carriers and logistics providers.
• Obtain vendor pricing and coordinate with suppliers.
• Enter vendor bills and invoices into QuickBooks.
• Assist with basic Accounts Payable tasks and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate operational, purchasing, and vendor records.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.
