Job summary

You will partner with operations, purchasing, and production to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with audits while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial data and documentation.
• Proficiency in AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, bank activity, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting support.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents, and related manufacturing cost information.
• Maintain organized accounting records and support audits, compliance requests, and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to resolve billing, inventory, and cost-related discrepancies.
