Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant clerical, logistics, import/export, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Manufacturing or distribution background is required.
• Experience with international freight, customs documentation, or China-related shipments is helpful.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel spreadsheet experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invoicing, import/export documentation, customs paperwork, and international freight-related administrative tasks.
• Support accounts payable activities approximately 10 percent of the time, including document review and basic clerical support.
• Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners by email and other channels.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, spreadsheets, records, and compliance documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Track inventory or shipment-related information as needed and help keep logistics data organized and current.
• Liaise with team members across departments to support changing priorities in a fast-moving manufacturing or distribution environment.
