Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to drivers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor and track driver performance to ensure on-time delivery and safe driving practices.
• Communicate with drivers to provide dispatch information, support, guidance, and address issues.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.
• Analyze data and reports to ensure FDA food safety, fuel efficiency, and fleet performance.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate driver assignments and update delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries afterhours and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
