Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of administrative, dispatch, or operations support experience preferred.
• Experience in trucking or logistics environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows is preferred.
• AS400 experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and track fleet movement to ensure on-time performance; proactively communicate late plan deviations to Driver Managers.
• Conduct VTC reviews and routine VTC audits for compliance and accuracy.
• Execute loaded and empty (MT) dispatch functions, including assignment and movement coordination.
• Provide drivers with turn-by-turn directions and routing assistance as needed.
• Maintain and update the Situation Board for real-time operational visibility.
• Process and reconcile EFS checks per company procedures.
• Manage compliance tasks including vehicle registrations, IFTA renewals, random selections, and training tracking.
• Coordinate and route preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruption.
• Code trucks for service events and maintenance routing.
• Code and route trucks for through-shop inspections and service needs.
• Monitor fuel compliance standards and reporting.
• Track NN Days to support performance metrics.
• Maintain and update LTL scorecard performance metrics.
• Conduct and document check calls to ensure shipment visibility and service compliance.
