Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development, including instructional design and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across operations.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead training initiatives to drive operational excellence and reduce costs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and metrics.
• Develop the annual training plan and structured teaching plans.
• Translate business requirements into training programs for employee development.
• Onboard new hires and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Mentor junior trainers with coaching and feedback.
