Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, HR, or Instructional Design.
• 5+ years in training and development with instructional design and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of LMS, e-learning, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital training platforms.
• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments across Safety, Quality, Operations, and Onboarding.
• Design and implement training programs and materials with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead initiatives to improve programs, reducing costs and boosting productivity.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, metrics, and analysis.
• Develop annual training plan and structured teaching plans.
• Translate business needs into training programs for development.
• Onboard new hires through orientation sessions.
• Adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
• Mentor junior trainers with coaching and development support.
