Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates within 12 months are eligible.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four phases encompassing warehouse learning and hub operations.
• Support data analysis, transportation coordination, and KPI tracking during rotations.
• Lead projects and operational initiatives in final placement phase.
• Receive advanced role-specific training and participate in leadership development.
