SwiftX Inc. seeks highly motivated Management Trainees for a one-year Operations Leadership Program designed to develop future leaders through rotations in warehouse, hub, transportation, data analysis, and operations support. Participants gain hands-on experience and mentorship while preparing for leadership-track roles.

Phases cover onboarding, rotations, and final placement with advanced training and project leadership. Graduates advance into permanent roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and foundational operations training.
• Rotate through warehouse and hub operations and transportation activities.
• Lead projects and operational initiatives during rotations.
• Receive advanced role-specific training and leadership development.
