Job summary

SwiftX Inc. seeks highly motivated Management Trainees to join its one-year Operations Leadership Program, designed to cultivate future leaders through structured training, hands-on experience, cross-functional rotations, and leadership development.

Participants will rotate through Warehouse Learning, Hub Operations, and Operations Support phases, gaining exposure to warehousing, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and operational support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management or related majors preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Warehouse Learning Rotation to onboard and learn operations.
• Assist in Hub Operations Rotation with dispatch coordination and transportation activities.
• Support Operations Support Rotation including Data Analysis, Network Planning and Transportation Operations.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization projects.
• Lead assigned projects and transition into permanent leadership roles after completion.
