SwiftX is launching an Operations Leadership Program for Management Trainees. The one-year rotation builds expertise in warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and leadership development.

You will work across four phases, culminating in a permanent leadership role. Participants gain mentorship from experienced leaders and will contribute to cross-functional projects, KPI achievement, and continuous process improvements while preparing for placement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and foundational operations training.
• Rotate through warehouse, hub, and transportation operations.
• Support KPI achievement and daily operational management.
• Lead assigned projects and contribute to process improvements.
