SwiftX Inc. is seeking Management Trainees for a one-year Operations Leadership Program to develop future leaders through structured rotations across warehouse, hub operations, transportation coordination, and data analysis.

The program includes mentorship, cross-functional experience, and progression into leadership roles upon completion. The four phases cover warehouse learning, hub operations, analytics, and final leadership placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete four-phase rotational program across warehouse, hub operations, and analytics.
• Lead assigned projects and support KPI achievement and daily operations.
• Participate in leadership development and prepare for permanent placement.
