Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking candidates for the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program based in our distribution warehouses. You will receive six months of hands-on guidance across Operations, Management and Purchasing to prepare for future supervisory roles.

Upon completion, program graduates are eligible to apply for Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager roles nationwide. Training is on-site at our Colorado locations, with relocation assistance provided to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Experience in a leadership and/or problem solving role.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program at company expense.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks/forklifts and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe and learn procedures and performance standards for the sales center.
• Participate in classroom training and deliver a final presentation to senior management.
• Support other operations projects as assigned.
