Job summary

POOLCORP is launching an entry-level Management in Training - Operations (MIT) program based in our distribution warehouse. You will receive six months of guided training across operations, management and purchasing, with relocation assistance after completion.

Upon graduation, eligible for Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide; training occurs on-site, with full benefits and relocation support where offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related field.
• 2.5 GPA minimum.
• Leadership or problem-solving experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as part of the MIT program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Observe and learn center performance methods and standards.
• Engage with contractors, service providers, and customers to understand the pool, irrigation, and landscaping distribution business.
• Deliver presentations to senior management upon MIT program completion.
