Job summary

POOLCORP's Management in Training - Operations (MIT) program is an entry-level, hands-on training path based in our Fort Collins distribution center, designed to develop future operations leaders.

The six-month program provides guided training across operations, purchasing and management, with on-site coursework at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, Texas. Upon completion, graduates may move into supervisor or manager roles nationwide with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership experience or problem-solving role.
• Willingness to relocate at company expense.
• Able to travel 25% and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods and standards.
• Shadow contractors and customers to learn the business.
• Attend classroom sessions at EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX.
• Deliver a final presentation to senior management after MIT completion.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
