Job summary

POOLCORP is launching an entry-level Management in Training (MIT) program based in our distribution warehouses. You will receive six months of hands-on training across operations, management and purchasing, with relocation support after training.

Graduates may move into Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide. Training locations include Fort Collins and Denver, CO. A willingness to relocate and travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in a related discipline with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership and/or problem solving experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate during/after the program (company expense).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods and standards of performance.
• Shadow contractors, service providers and retail customers in the field.
• Participate in classroom training at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX.
