Job summary

Perdue Foods is launching an Operations Management Trainee (Pathways) Program starting in June 2027. You will undergo a 24-month leadership development journey with hands-on rotations across core operations, mentorship, and formal learning aimed at preparing you for a future supervisor role.

The program includes staged salary increases, relocation assistance for eligible participants, and a comprehensive benefits package, designed to develop high-performing leaders for Perdue.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; related engineering/science field.
• Eligible for June 2027 start; 24-month Pathways program with rotations.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key operational areas to learn plant operations.
• Support safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance during rotations.
• Assist with production planning, staffing, and daily operational routines.
• Communicate updates and contribute to assigned improvement projects.
