Perdue Foods is launching an Operations Management Trainee Pathways program in June 2027, a 24-month leadership development track designed to prepare the next generation of operations leaders. You will rotate through core plant areas, build skills, and move toward a full-time supervisor role after 12 months, with mentorship and cohort learning throughout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university completed within 24 months of Pathways start date.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with teamwork and leadership development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key operational areas to build end-to-end plant operations understanding.
• Support safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance alongside experienced leaders.
• Assist with training, coaching, onboarding, and performance conversations for frontline associates.
• Lead defined operational activities and progress toward a Production Supervisor role after 12 months.
• Engage in Pathways learning, mentoring, and leadership development sessions.
