Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. invites motivated individuals to join the Operations Management Trainee (Pathways) Program starting June 2027. Over 24 months, participants rotate through core operations, gain hands-on experience, and build leadership, technical, and business acumen.

Upon completion of the first year, participants transition toward a full-time Production Supervisor role, with mentorship, targeted development, and opportunities to advance within Perdue’s operations organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• GPA 3.0+
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across key operational areas to learn plant processes and performance.
• Support safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in production planning, staffing, and daily operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lead initiatives as development progresses.
