Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. is launching a 24-month Operations Management Trainee Pathways program in Perry, GA starting June 2027.

You will rotate through key operations, learn production processes, safety, quality, and leadership basics while building the foundation to become a supervisor. Participants receive mentorship, cohort learning, leadership development, and a competitive starting salary with scheduled increases, plus relocation assistance for eligible candidates as they advance toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within 24 months of Pathways start date.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts and rotate.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across key operational areas to learn end-to-end plant operations.
• Support safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop knowledge of production processes, equipment, and labor utilization.
• Assist with associate training, coaching, onboarding, and performance conversations.
• Lead defined operational activities and present project updates to leadership.
