Perdue Foods invites driven graduates to join the Operations Management Trainee (Pathways) Program launching in June 2027. Over 24 months you’ll rotate through key operations, complete real-world projects, and receive mentorship to develop leadership and technical skills for future supervisor roles.

The program emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and a trajectory to a full-time Production Supervisor, with structured learning and exposure to process improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Bachelor’s degree completed within 24 months of start date.
• Preferred engineering/science-based degree concentrations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Rotations across key operational areas to build end-to-end understanding.
• Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams as you progress through the program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement.
