Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for an Operations Management Trainee in Newburgh, NY. This 18-month program develops leadership and operational knowledge across teams to drive customer retention, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience (preferred).
• Strong PC knowledge/skills including spreadsheet and word processing software (Advanced, required).
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics (Beginner, required).

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer relationship activities with quality interface and proactive management.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy and processes to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling, status updates, and oversee technician work planning.
