Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and strongly preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality customer interface, proactive management, issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental to maximize utilization without affecting lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads per policy and processes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure PM scheduling, breakdowns, vehicle status updates and technician planning.
