• At least two years of related work experience.
• Acceptable driving history per company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations under a mentor.
• Participate in the 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program to prepare for leadership roles.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center as part of the training daily.
• Accompany Account Manager on customer sales calls and observe drivers on local routes to understand freight delivery.
