Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or 2+ years related experience.
• Valid driving history that aligns with company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry, cross-dock operations, and leadership communication.
• Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Relocate to another facility after training for first leadership role in Operations.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center associates to complete training tasks.
