• Acceptable driving history per company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus listening abilities.
• Basic computer skills and a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Management Trainee Program to learn operations leadership.
• Observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Accompany drivers on local routes to understand freight delivery.
• Relocate to another facility after program completion to assume a leadership role.
