Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient with Word/Excel; AS400 a plus.
• Strong communication and professional presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift manager’s training under an experienced manager.
• Learn forklift operation and service center procedures.
• Obtain CDL through the training program.
• Assist as supervisor across shifts and departments.
• Develop process improvements and track performance.
• Prepare monthly activity reports.
