Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in McKinney, TX to immerse in a comprehensive, hands-on program across branch functions. You will learn product knowledge, software usage, fleet and warehouse operations while supporting financial performance and customer satisfaction.

The 8–12 month curriculum includes coaching, webinars, and HQ training, with potential advancement to Branch Manager roles within the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by start date (preferred disciplines: Business Management, Construction Management, Industrial Distribution, Operations, Supply Chain).
• Experience: 2+ years in related roles if no degree is earned.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all branch functions, mastering operations like product knowledge, software use, fleet maintenance, and warehouse operations.
• Partner with branch leadership to improve financial performance, pricing, and supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and lead teams, aligning with SRS Distribution values and business goals.
• Complete an 8–12 month training curriculum with coaching, webinars, and HQ sessions.
• Contribute to a capstone project presented to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
• Be flexible to relocate for training and promotional opportunities.
• Support safety/compliance initiatives to maintain a secure workplace.
• Work with Talent Management and mentors to accelerate professional growth within the program.
