SRS Building Products seeks ambitious individuals for its Management in Trainee (MIT) Program in McKinney, TX. You’ll rotate through warehouse, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles.

The 9–12 month program emphasizes leadership, teamwork and rapid skill development, with relocation across U.S. branches and a base pay of $25.50 per hour; competitive benefits apply after onboarding.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduating; preferred majors include Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management or similar.
• Willingness to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
