SRS Building Products in McKinney, TX offers a Management Trainee Program that runs 9–12 months to develop future leaders. From day one you’ll be hands-on across warehousing, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with mentors guiding your path toward branch leadership.

Relocation to two branches is required, with about half the training in each location. The program aims to advance you to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager, supported by our Talent Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability and teamwork.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to all facets of our business during training.
• Learn through on-the-job training, mentorship and development initiatives.
