SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring for its Management in Trainee (MIT) program. This full-time role offers hands-on exposure across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with a clear path to Branch Manager and beyond.

Participants must be self-motivated, relocation-ready, and possess a Bachelor’s or be near graduation. Training occurs across multiple branches in the U.S. and is supported by a dedicated Talent Management team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Participate in a structured, 9–12 month MIT program designed to develop future leaders for branch/operations roles.
• Relocate and complete training in two branches to build broad operational experience.
