SRS Building Products is launching a Management in Trainee (MIT) program at its McKinney branch in Texas. The nine to twelve month track is designed to develop future leaders with hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.

Students gain on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and corporate development opportunities to prepare for roles such as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership qualities and work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related experience required.
• Relocation for training and promotions within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Rotational training across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
