Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Branch Intern to gain hands-on experience across distribution center operations, customer service, and sales shadowing. You will work under the Branch Manager and Emerging Talent team, supporting daily tasks and key projects for potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

The program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and strong work ethic, with 10–12 weeks on-site, a three‑day corporate visit, and exposure to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program relevant to business, industrial distribution, supply chain, operations, sales, or management.
• Expected graduation within 2 semesters following the internship.
• Demonstrated work ethic, leadership, and teamwork in school or work settings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in a high‑volume distribution center.
• Learn and assist in receiving, internal movement, loading, dispatch, and customer service.
• Shadow Territory Manager for outside sales and participate in strategic projects for leadership review.
• Present project outcomes to senior leadership during the internship culmination.
