Job summary

Carrier's Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a three-year development path with three 12-month rotations in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida. You will relocate between rotations and build a cross-functional network to develop a broad operations platform.

Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 2–3 years of related experience, and must be able to work in the US without sponsorship. GPA 3.0+ required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 2+ years & maximum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction.
• Master's Degree Candidate currently enrolled in a graduate program with Expected Graduation: Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Work across Carrier Operations to learn the core concepts of manufacturing and lean principles.
• Engage in a three-year Leadership Program with three 12-month rotations across multiple states.
• Relocate between rotations and build a cross-functional network.
