Job summary

RTX Corporation is offering an Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) – Supply Chain Track, based in the United States. The program provides high-visibility assignments across RTX manufacturing facilities, with formal training, mentoring, and hands-on shop floor experience. Begin cohort in June 2027 and relocate as needed to complete three 8-month rotations.

You will build business acumen, sharpen technical skills, and prepare to lead future operations across RTX’s global footprint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM/MATh major; degree must be obtained by start date.
  • Willing to relocate to RTX locations across the U.S. for three 8-month assignments.
  • Strong analytical and data literacy; proficiency with Excel (pivot tables/lookups) or BI tools.
  • Experience presenting data to stakeholders or leading a student/club/project group.
  • Relevant internship/co-op or work experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three 8-month rotational assignments across various U.S. locations.
  • Perform core engineering duties and milestones within quality disciplines (Operations/ Supplier/ Regulatory/ Escape/ Continuous Improvement/ Quality).
  • Participate in frontline shop floor assignments to identify and resolve quality challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and product quality improvements.
  • Support regulatory audits, escape investigations, and root-cause analyses for product integrity.
  • Use analytics tools to optimize quality planning and reduce process waste.
