Job summary

RTX Corporation offers a rotational leadership development program designed to accelerate your career with high-visibility assignments across the enterprise. You will gain hands-on experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, plus mentoring and leadership training. The next cohort starts June 2027 and will require relocation across multiple U.S.

locations. This U.S.-based program targets graduates in STEM and related fields, with a strong emphasis on data analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or STEM major; degree must be obtained by start date.
• Willing to relocate to RTX locations for three 8-month assignments.
• Experience using data analytics/visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or MATLAB).
• Experience presenting technical or operational data to stakeholders or leadership.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotational assignments across various U.S. locations.
• Execute core duties within Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Materials Management.
• Support day-to-day production, procurement, or planning activities.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to drive continuous improvement and resiliency.
• Lead projects, manage material flow, and supervise frontline production teams.
• Participate in leadership training, cohorts, and mentorship with senior RTX leaders.
