Job summary

RTX is seeking candidates for the two-year Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) in Materials Management. You will rotate across U.S. locations, gain hands-on experience in planning, execution, and logistics, and build a global network.

The program begins mid-2027 and emphasizes mentorship and leadership development. Relocation to multiple RTX sites is required, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field; degree must be obtained by start date.
• Willing to relocate to RTX locations across the United States for three 8-month assignments.
• Experience presenting data to stakeholders or leadership, or leadership role in student organizations.
• Experience with data analytics or visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Qlik Sense, SAP, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across U.S. locations in manufacturing facilities.
• Perform core duties in Materials Planning, Execution, Demand Management, and Logistics.
• Communicate with engineering, supply chain, contractors, and logistics to align goals.
• Present deliverables and metrics during executive calls and MRP reviews.
• Lead projects on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Analyze MRP signals and adjust reorder point logic.
• Identify shop-floor process improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Coordinate material flow while maintaining 6S workplace standards.
