Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across core Operations Disciplines – Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leadership.
• Post-program placement into Production Supervisor or equivalent roles based on availability.
